My go-to Korean restaurant which serves good food with decent prices. The only downside is that the side dishes aren't refillable.Recommend their Kimchi Jiggae, Sundubu Jiggae (non-spicy version available too), Hot Stone Spicy Pork Bibimbowl, Kimchi Fried Rice, Japchae.Parking is quite plenty in the Summerton Condos area.

Aha, another great Korean food to try out! I must say they serve THE BEST Kimchi!!! Must try their pork platter, portion is quite big so u can order a small platter for 4 person sharing. The noodles just so so.... But u can try their different type of cocktails. Reminder to reserve first before u go.

Chanced upon this gastrobar purely out of coincidence. Serves great food although the menu is a bit short. All good though, I don’t mind the short menu all too much - if anything probably gives me a simpler time deciding what to eat.Spicy fried chicken is amazing, would definitely come back for this. Ramyeon is delicious as well - this is coming from someone who’s had everything bad to say about Korean food in general. No comment on drinks though, not really a fan of having alcoholic beverages in the middle of the day.

Waited quite awhile for the drinks. Food took about the same time. Service is ok, nice and homely. Food is not bad. I like the spiced chicken. The rice was the highlight of the entire meal.

Im glad a friend brought me here. I think the dishes here have the closest taste to actual korean food. Side dishes are free flow, portion is generous(better come with empty stomach), i really love the stew here. Been here twice and the grilled pork is served grilled which dont require me to grill it myself. Not sure if customer can grill pork by themselves. If u order hot drinks, it will get cold fast since the restaurant is quite cold. I definitely will come here again.

The food is served rather quickly and the service is really good. The ginseng soup is especially nice with the soft chicken and the rich taste, the spiciness of the other soup like the kimchi soup is also bearable. By far the most affordable Korean restaurant in town. Reservations for family of 7-10 have own room to dine in and is very comfortable. You don't have to drill the pork belly meat on your own the staff will grill for you outside the room so the room won't be smelly and stuffy.

We had a seafood pancake, tteokbokki, beef bulgogi, and a bottle of soju. They were generous with their side dishes like the Kimchi. The tteokbokki and the beef bulgogi taste overly sweet to us. The food service was fast and the place was clean and pleasant.

They gave a good portion of free sides and never stingy at all. Food tasted quite well and they have unlimited drinks (green tea)

A very authentic Korea restaurant that definitely can solve your craving! They also have the service to cook the meat for you. We ordered two pork + cheese ( RM12),one kimchi soup, one pancake. Total RM 150.70, the portion is good for 3-4 people.

3 stars is ONLY FOR service of staff. Food wise was mehhh. Meat was tasty & soft though. & side dishes for bbq was limited & lousy. As for the theobokkie , TOTALLY FLAVOURLESS. From my experience , this has been the worst taste of Korean bbq. & still pricey !

Bellygood Korean BBQ

At RM45 nett per pax, Bellygood is an all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ buffet restaurant. I really love the variety of free-flow side dishes options (some are even mains such as gimbap, japchae, kimchi fried rice). There are only two types of pork BBQ meats available though. Kimchi soup and ramyun noodles are available. Taste wise is quite good and flavorful. They only allow a person to take an ice cream stick though.

Overall taste very good esp the meat! The kimchi taste like ahjumma make one feels like home. Highly recommended this place to everyone. The quality of the meat 💯 including the side dish. Eventhough it is abit pricey I think it is worth it since its unlimited buffet.

Well, a classic Korean BBQ restaurant. Buffet style and free flow for meats and side dishes. Meats taste good and delicious. Can refill any types of meats you want. (according to the package) But... Service is quite worst especially in peak hours. Not enough of manpower to handle the crowds. Waiting time is quite high. But price is affordable and reasonable. Limited parking around. Can have a try if you more concern on the food instead of service.

Very good and warm service. Food are fantastic. The soup and the desserts are free of charge. The side dishes are free too. I only order the BBQ pork and the bibimbab. Place is inside the Gurney paragon. it is located at the ground floor and is easily seen. A very pleasant experience having my dinner there.

Place is overrated. Saw many ppl comment nice but when dishes arrived it’s only slightly below average. Portion wise= 10/10 Price= reasonable Environment n service= 7/10 Taste of food= 3/10 The soup was so watery, the fried pork was spicy like hell, the rice given was normal white rice not Korean sticky rice 👎 some may like it but I don’t recommend

Decent quiet place for a decent Korean meal. Tried the lunch set. Portions are quite satisfying - maybe even on the heavier side. Bibimbap was good, but there is a sense that there are some ingredients missing. Not as authentic as I would have liked.

If you love Korean BBQ, this place is good. It's affordable and the portion is big. Do wear something cooling as there is no aircond.

Authentic Korean food located in penang. This branch in penang is way better than the KL branches. The owner is very friendly and it's korean. The kimchi stew is superb and the ingredients are fresh. Generous amount of pork served. The fried kimchi rice also unbelievable and really delicious. Every spoon of the fried rice is consist of pork. They also free us the pan cake but I'm not really like it because too much flour and it's not thin crust. Total spent around RM100+ quite reasonable price for two person on the dishes ordered. Overall can revisit again in future to try their grill meat. Ample parking space for the customers.

The service i feel quite bad actually. Today alot people but can provide us cliper and scissors we can grill it ourselves. They don't turn the meat until we use chopsticks turn, and the waiter come and turn. The meat is thrown on the grill and grilled until burned as shown. When we ask for take away, the waiter just throw the container and plastic bag on table, we pack it ourselves. Is throw again but not put. Over all the food is abit too salty. At last we found out some food not yet serve, we asked and the waiter tell us kitchen forget. No seaweed soup anymore, No garlic, No onion, No bbq dipping sauce, just plain vege provided. Disappointed on the service. By the way kimchi fried rice taste good. The bbq pork taste not bad.

I am just going to be very honest with my experience of dining in this restaurant.1. Serving local rice, instead of korean rice.2. Only allow to refill side dish for ONE time.3. The green hair waitress does not like her job.Otheriwse, the food taste quite ok, overall price still affordable.

Change name to Parks Kitchen, lunch promotion good value for money. A bit too much potato in Doenjang jigae but soup is tasty. BBQ pork is great and generous portion 👍. Comes with rice that surprise us, can’t finish it have to take them back 😂.

Very rare to find places which serve marinated crabs. And there is this one dining place in Gurney Paragon. Had a messy but delicious lunch to make sure every last sweet crab meat was not wasted. Burps…..

good place if you want to try out korean marinated raw crab 😋 the L size is just a small crab (rm 39) personally think a bit overpriced. but the crab is fresh and flavourful tho. the salmon is totally not worth it as they only give you a small portion marinated in soy sauce, and charges you rm48

k.O.B.Q Korean barbecue restaurant, overall food is not particularly highly praised for me, but the cost performance is good.Food📌Spicy Stone pot pork: The seasoning is enough. Personally, I don't think it will be too spicy, but the meat with green onions is really super delicious!Noodles with soy sauce: This seasoning is sweet. The proportion of vegetables and noodles is very harmonious. It tastes crispy and elastic when eaten.Kimchi Hot Pot: This is really super big! Friends who don't eat much actually call this pot enough. It is estimated that it's enough for 3-4 people, but the serving speed of this dish is relatively slow, and the taste is still good.Bibimbap in a stone pot: This is too light and tasteless for me. The essence is to eat a tasteKO.B.Q Korean RestaurantAddress: 1-1-13A, Elit Avenue, Jalan Mayang Pasir 2, Elite Height, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Pulau PinangTel: 04-6370297Business hours: 11:30am-3pm, 5:30pm-10pm
